Claire

Hello my name is Claire.

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist, committed to supporting adults through life’s challenges with empathy, respect and care. My approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered.

Using CBT, I help clients explore the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviours to build practical tools for change. Art Therapy offers a creative pathway to self-discovery and healing, particularly when words are hard to find. At the core of my practice is a person-centred approach, ensuring therapy is tailored to your unique needs, pace and goals.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues or a desire for personal growth. Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a collaborative, compassionate space where we can explore your experience and move toward greater clarity and well-being.

As a dedicated school counsellor, I am passionate about supporting students’ emotional well-being and personal growth. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy—to meet the unique needs of each student in a compassionate and non-judgmental space.

With CBT, I help students identify and manage unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical coping strategies. Through Art Therapy, I offer a creative outlet for self-expression and healing, especially for those who find it challenging to communicate through words alone. Grounded in Person-Centred Therapy, my work is always guided by empathy, respect and a belief in each student’s capacity to grow and thrive.

Whether a student is facing anxiety, peer challenges, low self-esteem, or simply needs a space to talk, I aim to empower them with the tools and confidence they need to navigate life both in and out of school.
